Paper Submission Guideline
- Manuscript Format : Authors are required to prepare and submit their manuscripts in the Full Paper format, following the template provided by the organizers of ICOMLT 2025 (Manuscript’s template : Download). The submission file must be in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF format
- The paper has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal (unless an explanation has been provided in the Comments to the Editor). All papers must be original and free plagiarism check (maximum similarity is 20%).
- Submission Method : All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the ICOMLT OJS (Online Journal System) (Link : OJS System) (for proceedings publication) and must also be uploaded to the ICOHPS 2025 Registration Form for administrative purposes before the stated deadline. Submissions via email or any other means will not be accepted.
- Review Process : Each submitted paper will undergo a peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance to the conference scope. Authors will be notified of the review results via email.
Proceedings Publication Mechanism
- Manuscript Submission : Authors are required to submit their manuscripts through the ICOMLT OJS (Online Journal System) (Link : OJS System)
- Registration Form Submission : Authors must also upload their manuscripts to ICOHPS 2025 Registration Form provided for administrative purposes.
- Review Process : All submitted manuscripts will undergo a review process conducted by the appointed reviewers.
- Publication : Accepted manuscripts will be published in the ICOMLT 2025 Proceedings.
- Publication Fee : The publication fee for the proceedings is already included in the conference registration fee; no additional payment is required
Publication Mechanism (Other than Proceedings)
In addition to publication in the conference proceedings, authors may also choose to publish their manuscripts in collaborating journals. The publication process is as follows :
- Download the Journal Template : Authors are required to download the manuscript template and follow the author guidelines provided by the selected journal.
- Manuscript Submission : The manuscript should be submitted directly to the chosen journal through its submission system.
- Registration Form Submission : Authors must also upload their manuscripts to ICOHPS 2025 Registration Form provided to record their submission and administrative purposes.
- Review and Acceptance Process : The review and acceptance process will be conducted independently by each respective journal according to its editorial policy.
- If the Manuscript is Rejected : In the event that the manuscript is rejected, the author will be contacted by the committee to decide whether to resubmit to another partner journal or to include the paper in the ICOMLT 2025 Proceedings.
- Publication Fee : The presenter registration fee does not include the Article Processing Charge (APC) of the selected journal. The APC will be paid directly by the author to the respective journal.

Presenter Instructions
Oral Presentation – Each technical session room is equipped with a computer and an LCD projector. Each presentation slide should be loaded from an USB flash memory 10 minutes before the start of the session. The presentation used must use the template provided by the ICOMLT 2025 organizers. Oral presentation consists of the following:
- Up to 12 minutes for presentation of the problem statement, background, innovative approach, experimental results, and conclusion.
- Up to 5 minutes for discussion and Q/A will be conducted with the attendees in the session.

Note: In this virtual conference, we are going to use zoom meeting for online presentation.
